ŠKODA Connect’s Infotainment online mobile services (standard on style) embody the best of what digital technology can offer cars these days. During a trip, for example, you can get the lowdown on traffic information, fuel prices and the weather. What’s more, you can use your smartphone to find out where you left your car and whether you left the lights on. A third optional area is the Emergency Call service, which automatically summons help in an accident.

The Infotainment Online package offers a wide range of services, such as the traffic situation, Google services, news, weather forecasts, petrol prices and vacant parking spaces.

Care Connect services comprises of Remote Access, enabling you to use your smartphone and the ŠKODA Connect app to obtain information about the current condition of the car and where it is parked, or remotely to start the vehicle warning lights and sound the horn. Available as an optional extra.

Proactive servicing ensures greater safety and comfort. For example, as the time for a service nears, the customer will be contacted by the vendor so that they can make timely and easy arrangements. Part of Care Connect package and available as an optional extra.

The optional Emergency Call feature is extremely important: this function is automatically activated after an accident if the restraint systems, such as airbag deployment, are triggered. The car establishes a telephone and data link with the service centre and transmits important information.

SmartLink+ delivers a seamless connection between your car and smartphone using Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, MirrorLink™ and SmartGate. Whether you want to listen to music or receive directions, all of this is mirrored on the central display. SmartGate provides detailed data about the vehicle. Available as an optional extra.
